Módulo de Ayuda en línea para el Sistema de Gestión Académica XAUCE AKADEMOS para el MINED

Abstract

El Ministerio de Educación de Cuba busca automatizar e informatizar todos los procesos académicos de las distintas escuelas pertenecientes al sistema educacional. Para esto plantea la integración del Sistema de Gestión Académica XAUCE AKADEMOS. A pesar de la fortaleza de sus funcionalidades este no cuenta con una guía de apoyo para los usuarios que interactúan con él. El presente trabajo que lleva por título “Módulo de Ayuda en línea para el Sistema de Gestión Académica XAUCE AKADEMOS para el MINED” pretende brindar la información referente al funcio- namiento del módulo que conforma la ayuda en el sistema para facilitar y mejorar el trabajo de los usuarios con el mismo. Este documento recoge el resultado de todo el trabajo realizado para la elaboración de la ayuda en línea, incluyendo el estudio del estado del arte de aplicaciones con similares objetivos existentes en el mundo, el estudio y definición de las características del módulo, así como la planificación, el diseño, la implementación y prueba del producto.

The Cuban Ministry of Education seeks to automate and computerize all the academic processes of the different schools belonging to the educational system. For this purpose, it proposes the integration of the Academic Management System XAUCE AKADEMOS. Despite the strength of its functionalities, it does not have a support guide for the users who interact with it. The present work entitled "Online Help Module for the Academic Management System XAUCE AKADEMOS for MINED" aims to provide information on the operation of the module that makes up the help in the system to facilitate and improve the work of users with it. This document gathers the result of all the work carried out for the development of the online help, including the study of the state of the art of applications with similar objectives existing in the world, the study and definition of the characteristics of the module, as well as the planning, design, implementation and testing of the product.
